Robby is a native of the Golden Isles. He has a long career as an educator and as a chef. He has worked in several national parks and was a faculty member at Purdue, Eastern Michigan and Ashland Universities before taking his current position at the College of Coastal Georgia. He teaches classes in Hospitality, Marketing and Culinary arts.

Robby is an avid bicyclist, hobbyist cabinetmaker and film enthusiast. He and his wife, Delia, have been married for thirty years and are the proud parents of two adult children.
