Ron Harding
Executive Director
A graduate of Shepherd University and Georgia Southern University, Ron worked many years in higher education after transitioning from transactional quality analysis in the manufacturing sector. Before settling in the Golden Isles in 2012, his home was in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, where he was a competitive cross-country mountain biker and road cyclist. He continues to ride bicycles both on trails and on the road, and has taken up running in recent years, completing his first marathon in 2026. His experience as a cyclist and pedestrian has fueled his passion to help make the Golden Isles a great place for people of all ages and abilities to walk, bike, or roll – whether for fitness, recreation, or transportation.
Eve Christy
Education Coordinator
Eve is an enthusiastic outdoor adventurer and community advocate who brings a deep dedication to creating safe and accessible spaces for all to our team. Eve is a Lynchburg College (now University of Lynchburg) graduate, League of American Bicyclists Certified Instructor, and serves on the board of SPARK, a Golden Isles Children’s Museum. She moved to Brunswick in 2019 and fell in love with the vibrant cultures, wonderful community and unique ecology of this region. Although not a Georgia native, she is proud to call this place her home.
