BWGI Executive Director Tavel Cowan recently attended the National Bike Summit in March in Washington, D.C. Presented by the League of American Bicyclists, the Summit is the largest meeting of safe cycling advocates and included specialized breakout sessions and plenary speakers. During the Summit, Tavel was able to meet with our local congressman Rep. Buddy Carter and take in the D.C. sites via bike and by foot.
