DESCRIPTION:From their website: \nRACE DATE: MAY 3RD\, 2025 \nRACE TIME: 8:00AM \nJoin Risley Middle School in their first annual Risley Run and Wildcat Walk! Take your pick on whether you want to RUN or WALK. All proceeds from this event will support Risley Middle School Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) members on their trip to represent Georgia at the National Leadership Conference in Anaheim\, California this summer. In Risley FBLA chapter’s first year\, they received Silver Chapter of the Year (Top 10 in the state)\, 11 top ten finishers\, and one of our students was elected as the State Vice President! \nThe 5k run will start at 8:00am and wind through neighborhoods along South Port Parkway. The Start and Finish line will be in front of Risley Middle School. All runners will receive a tshirt. Event will be chipped timed and results posted. \nRunners and walkers are encouraged to hang around for the Awards Ceremony following the race. DESCRIPTION:From the race registration page: \nSt. Francis Xavier Catholic School is hosting the annual Crusaders 5K and Fun Run. We are excited to encourage movement and promote health and fitness in the community. This event is for all levels of fitness. While the run/walk itself will be fun\, the 5K will be professionally timed\, with awards for each age group. The Crusaders Run will begin and end near the new St. Francis Xavier Catholic School in downtown Brunswick. All proceeds from the Crusaders Run will help support funding of a new parking lot. \nDate: May 18 \nTime:  5K start 7:30 A.M.    Fun Run start: 9 A.M. \nSt Francis Xavier Catholic School \n1129 Grant Street\, Brunswick\, GA 31520 \nONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES ON MIDNIGHT MAY 16TH. \nYou can register on packet pick up and on race day. \nRace day registration begins at 6:15am:  5k $40   Fun Run $30 \nPACKET PICK UP \nIf you pre registered you can pick up your bib starting on Friday\, May 17th\, from 3:30pm-6:30pm in the gym at St Francis located at 1121 UNION ST. \nAnyone that would still like to register can do so on Friday or Saturday before the race.  Please note that the race will not be accepting cash or checks and instead will direct you to sign up via a QR code.  Shirts are not guaranteed for anyone registering at packet pick up or on race day. RACE DAY PACKET PICK UP WILL BEGIN AT 6:15AM AND CLOSE AT 7:15AM and be located at the new school on Howe St. between Grant and H St.
