DESCRIPTION:This one is the biggest challenge of the year on our calendar. We invite you to join us for our yearly 100-mile ride. We’ve got a great down-and-back route that goes from Kingsland to Hortense\, GA\, and back.\nWe strongly encourage you to train leading up to this with several (50+) rides. This is self-supported. Please bring a quick calorie snack for every hour of riding (approximately 8 hours)\, at least two water bottles and some electrolyte powders.\nHelmets required. We will depart Karv Bistro in Kingsland (102 Marsh Harbor Parkway\, Kingsland\, Ga 31548) at 6:45am. We pray you’ll join us. DESCRIPTION:Game Changers Running Store and the Golden Isles Track Club Presents the Repeater 5k Challenge! \nThe Challenge: Run as many 3-mile laps every 45 minutes as you can. If you complete all 12 laps\, that will be 36 miles\n12 x 45 minute 3 miles laps \n8:00 a.m. Start\n5:00 p.m. End of last lap\nLaps begin and end at the Game Changers store in Red Fern Village\, the route will be the Monday night usual route. \nFor each lap completed you will receive 1 or more entries to a drawing for a free pair of shoes from Game Changers.\nFor example:\nLap 1 = 1 entry\nLap 2 = 2 entries\nLap 3 = 3 entries\nNote: To earn drawing entries\, you must start at 8 a.m. and run the laps consecutively.\nNote: You can come after 8 a.m. to run laps\, but will not receive drawing entries. \n-$10 flat fee\n-Students are free but should register using coupon code “STUD” so that we have your waiver\n-No shirts or age group awards\n-A SWAG Bag for anyone who completes the challenge\n-Encourage the use of Strava to log the miles\n-We will have a clock to track the 45 minutes per lap\n-Must complete each 3-mile lap within 45 minutes\n-Each runner begins the lap at the same time\n-Will have UCAN nutrition throughout the day for participants\,\n-Alter Ego hat rep to attend\, and one other brand to be here as well\n-proceeds benefit the Glynn Academy Cross Country Team\n-Sponsored by Game Changers Running Store and Golden Isles Track Club
